At this unprecedented time, Altro would like to extend well wishes to our colleagues and customers. 

As circumstances continue to change rapidly, many of us are finding ourselves in a position where our day-to-day routine has become compromised. This pandemic has significantly altered both our personal and professional lives, causing excessive stress and unexpected challenges for the foreseeable future. We understand the impact this may have on your organization, and we are here to help however we can.
 
One of Altro's core principles is that the customer is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we are dedicated to keeping your projects and workflow moving as best we can. We want you to know that: 

  • Sales and customer service, although working from home, are available to contact via regular phone and email channels.
 
  • We have implemented new social distancing measures and are operating with a reduced workforce but remain open during normal hours. Please contact Customer Service for any updates on production, future orders, and shipments.
 
  • We do not foresee any interruption in the supply chain at this time.

 
In light of the recent emphasis on social distancing, we have taken action to covert face-to-face appointments and interactions to safer methods. 
 
Despite the uncertainty surrounding this situation, we remain committed to helping our customers persevere to the best of our ability. We realize that this is far from business as usual, and we will do our best to adapt for the benefit of you and your organization.
