Anti static flooring - static dissipative safety flooring

Spaces used for storing electrical equipment and servers require flooring with static dissipative properties. This is essential for preventing static buildup that can damage these items with increased exposure over time. Shrinking devices and faster processing speeds are making it easier for IT components to be damaged by static build up. Unprotected IT devices can be damaged even when there is no perceptible static build-up. As server equipment continues to get smaller and more complex it’s more important to use static dissipative flooring in these environments.

Minimize the risk of damage to, or failure of, static-sensitive equipment, such as computers, by opting for the “SD” version of Altro Walkway. Anti-static flooring is suitable for areas such as laboratories, computer suites and electronic assembly, which require a floor covering with static dissipative properties.

*NOTE: Color Fog is available in a static dissipative version. Other colors are available by special order.
